The Grind & Growth Series: Mindset, Money & Marketing is a year-long business development program designed to equip entrepreneurs with essential skills, financial literacy, marketing expertise, and mental resilience—key components for building sustainable businesses.
Through monthly workshops, expert-led discussions, and direct technical assistance, participants gain access to business education, peer support, and real-world strategies to grow and succeed.
This initiative is a game-changer for entrepreneurs who are ready to take their businesses to the next level with culturally responsive resources and support.
Program Components:
1. Monthly Workshops – Focused on Mindset, Money & Marketing
Each workshop features industry experts delivering actionable strategies, case studies, and interactive learning experiences.
🔹 Mindset: Mental resilience, self-care for entrepreneurs, overcoming imposter syndrome, and stress management.
🔹 Money: Budgeting, financial planning, credit building, and securing capital.
🔹 Marketing: Branding, digital marketing, storytelling, and customer acquisition.
📍 Workshops are open to all BEFH members and designed for hands-on learning and networking.
2. Technical Assistance (TA) Grants for Marketing & Financial Services
BEFH offers Technical Assistance Grants to members who actively participate in the program. These grants provide direct support in marketing and financial services, helping entrepreneurs apply what they’ve learned.
Grants Can Be Used For:
✔️ Marketing Services: Brand development, website design, social media strategy
✔️ Financial Services: Bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial planning
Who Is Eligible for Technical Assistance Grants?
✅ Must be a current BEFH member
✅ Must attend at least two workshops
✅ Must complete a coaching session to be eligible for the TA Grant
